A Lovely, 4 Bed Villa & Self Contained Lodge with Mini Golf Course and Private Pool

The villa has a large open plan living area with a lovely fireplace ideal for cooler winter evenings. The room is furnished with a large sofa and an armchair, a TV with DVD player and satellite, and a stereo system. The villa also has newly installed fast WiFi internet.There is also a dining area on this floor with a large table to seat 8 people. The dining area leads out onto a dining terrace which has another table to seat 6.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, oven and hob, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and microwave. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

A marble staircase leads down to 3 of the twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have access out onto the pool terrace and one of these rooms has an en-suite bathroom. There is another good size shower room which is shared between the 2 other bedrooms.

Further external steps lead down to another twin bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. There is also another living room with double sofa bed (Sleeps 2 adults) and a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. The lounge has its own TV and DVD player. This is great for guests wanting privacy and there own living space.

All 4 bedrooms in the villa have air conditioning which can also be used to heat in winter.

Outside there are numerous terraces for you to relax on and a fantastic BBQ area with seating for 10 guests. This unique villa has its own 9 hole mini golf course and a full sized pool table great for tournaments! The swimming pool is a great size and has Roman steps in the shallow end for easy entry. The terraces are furnished with sun loungers and for die hard sun worshippers there is also a roof terrace with fantastic views across the surrounding mountains.

At the front of the villa there is plenty of space for 3 cars to park.
